"Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is not possible to run these 
events. Despite having used the venue site for previous events without a
problem, local authorities are unable to approve licences for Punkfest, 
Badfest & Skafest. 
This has come as a huge and shocking disappointment to Buster 
and the team. 
All ticket holders will be contacted and refunded in full.
